Since 1988, have represented clients before state agencies, including the Departments of Correction, Health and Human Services, Insurance, Justice and Labor. Extensive experience in drafting and reviewing health care provider and health insurance contracts; and obtaining approval for client health care products, forms, service area expansions and provider contracts.

Assistant Director of the North Carolina Commission on the Bicentennial of the United States Constitution under Lieutenant Governor Robert Jordan, 1986-88.
